Compatibility Requirement: This software is designed exclusively for Android devices. It requires Android Version 9 or higher to function correctly. No refunds will be issued for compatibility issues involving unsupported versions or operating systems.

1. Legal Agreement

By purchasing, installing, or using the Parental Guard software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. Software License & Usage

Parental Guard grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software for legal monitoring purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Using the software to monitor anyone without their explicit legal consent (except your own minor children).
Reselling, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the software.
Using the software for any illegal stalking or harassment activities.

3. User Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to determine the legality of monitoring in their specific jurisdiction. You agree that Parental Guard is not responsible for any misuse of the software or any legal consequences resulting from your actions.

4. Installation & Stealth Mode

The application is designed to operate in stealth mode (invisibility). You acknowledge that you must have physical access to the target device for initial setup. Remote installation is not supported.

5. Data Privacy

We prioritize your privacy. All data captured from the monitored device is encrypted. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your dashboard due to weak passwords or shared credentials.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the software and the one-time payment structure, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind.
Device incompatibility (if the device is not Android 9+).
Loss of physical access to the target device.
Loss of intial functionality due to OS updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

Parental Guard shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data or device malfunction, arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
